Manchester United winger Nani is reportedly on his way out of the club after being repeatedly dumped from the first-team.

NaniThe 23-year-old has not started a single game since his blast at manager Alex Ferguson over his alleged poor man-management last month.

Nani was out of Manchester United's squad for their 2-0 Carling Cup quarter-final win against Tottenham Hotspurs on Tuesday. He was also the only first-team squad member not to attend last Sunday's UNICEF dinner at Old Trafford, prior to missing out on Monday's training, The Sun reported.

Though, he was seen as a natural successor to Cristiano Ronaldo, despite a solid start to the season, he has not performed according to Ferguson's liking.

He has started just half of United's games this season and last appeared in the first eleven on November 3, in the 3-3 draw with CSKA Moscow.

Nani's performance was so disappointing that Fergie hauled him off - and then dropped him from the squad for the 1-0 defeat at Chelsea five days later.

According to reports, United will now listen to offers of around 10 million pound for the Portuguese star.

Wenger eyes Wolfsburg striker Dzeko

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is eyeing 15 million-pound rated Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko to save the club's season.

According to reports, Wenger is ready to smash their transfer record to sign the powerful Bosnia international next month.

He has also vowed to splash out on a proven goal scorer, after striker Robin van Persie was ruled out for four months following an ankle injury.

Dzeko has shot to the top of his wanted-list, having blasted rank outsiders Wolfsburg to the German championship against the odds with 36 goals last season and another 13 in the current campaign, The Sun reported.

Wenger, whose young team was overwhelmed by Chelsea on Sunday, has been seeking the current German Footballer of the Year since selling Emmanuel Adebayor to Manchester City back in July.
