Blake wins 3rd semis in 9.85 seconds

22-year-old Yohan Blake wins the third semi-final of the men's 100metres ahead of Tyson Gay of the US.

Blake took first place in 9.85 seconds despite cruising for the last 10 metres.

"I am the beast, so I have to go back and stay focused for the final," Blake said after the race.

Justin Gatlin registered the best timing in the semis with 9.82s, while Usain Bolt won his semis with 9.87s.
