Streaker: Gosh thats not a question Iwant to answer in a hurry but one thing I always wish for is that all Indians stand together because we can be a realy strong country and move ahead much faster if we forget our differences and concentrate on effeciency , productivity and progress.

Neil : When I started out(1984-85) I used to have exactly the same snobbish attitude . Probably because of my theatre and Xaviers background. But I'm much more down to earth now and realise that to reach out to the masses I have to speak in the language they understand. Besides its only possible to create beautiful poetry ( eg Paree, Parwaana ) with a gorgeous language like Urdu and yes I'll keep singing in Hindi and maybe merge it with English but in a sophisticated manner- I mean - not things like 'Oh Darling ' and 'Love me Baby' etc! Know what I mean?

Hey Neil, no offence meant. Was just kidding:-):-)

So what you are saying is that Indian music companies do not have the inclination or the muscle to push your music abroad. Alisha's music did quite well in places like Iraq, so I don't see why Indian singers and music should not do well abroad. I think your songs and Lucky Ali's songs would certainly do well overseas.

Anil: My next song 'Kesaria' which you will see on the awards show and subsequesntly as a 'Live ' video is definately going to be another rage at fairs and daandiyas, lets hope you think so too!

Streaker:L I'm beginning to enjoy this yes.BTW why this name ?

Ram: The comapanies here are working on themselves. The sudden boom in a parallel pop industry has woken them up and told them that there is life beyond the film industry especailly my company HMV . Lets see what happens.

Streaker: The dancers in the video combine the Chau dance form from Orissa with the martial arts from Kerela. I have used them because they go very well with the Kanjira sound (South) and Rajasthani tribal chants (North ) so there's no partiality here!

Bhushan: Nice to know you got the name of the album right. People usually call it 'Paree'. My favourite is the ballad 'Tere Bina ' .

Bushan: My latest film songs are 'In the night' from Khiladiyon ke Khiladi, 'Catch me if you can'- from Sapoot, then there's Dhaal (one of the Macaraena's)and 'Chak Lange' with Gurdas Man in Ram Shastra.,

Sunita, I would like to hear in your voice some of the best songs from the English albums. Do you have any plans about it or convert them to Hindi and sing?

Bushan: Some people say I sound like Asha Bhonsale sometimes , depends on the song. But basically I'm very inspired by Billly Joel infact I'd love to do an albu with him someday.

suneeta : do you think that singers like lataji could have probabily gained the same amount of fame had they been singing hindi pop instead of hindi movie music?

Bushan: I certainly will not do Hindi versions of English songs but someday I might do an album of covers and treat them in my own way in English itself.

Bruce: I've been to London for a week in 1991 , had an ok time , would love to perform there. I like the bands Abba and Vayacondios and Gypsy Kings and rock bands like Toto , Journey and even Sting and Peter Gabriel but I'm not sure which are from Europe , you may ask me specifically.

Anil: Fortunately or unfortunately theres nothing as mega as the India film industry. Besides Latajis voice is best suited for whatever she has done till now. She reigns supereme in that field.
