In India, tickets on Indian Airlines can be booked on the spot, at the airport or the local I A office and paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). If you plan to purchase your ticket on the spot, do reach the airport early in case there are inexplicable delays.

A reservation, without payment, can be made upto five hours before the departure of the flight, even by telephone. Special concessions are available for senior citizens. Airline passes are available to foreign passport holders.
