Fifth seeds Leander Paes and Nenad Zimonjic of Serbia entered the semi-finals of the men's doubles in Monte Carlo Tennis Masters Series at Monaco.
Paes and Zimonjic beat the Czech pair of Martin Damm and Radek Stepanek 6-3, 6-3 in the quarter-finals.
They will next play fourth seeds Wayne Arthurs and Paul Hanley of Australia, who beat Mahesh Bhupathi and Fernando Gonzalez of Chile 6-7, 6-3, 6-3 in another last eight stage match.
In the other quarter-finals, the French duo of Michael Llodra and Fabrice Santoro upset top seeds Mark Knowles of Bahamas and Daniel Nestor of Canada 7-6(4), 1-6, 6-4.
They will take on Americans Bob Bryan and Mike Bryan, who defeated Mario Ancic and Ivan Ljubicic 6-2, 6-1, for a place in the final.
