Ketan Bhobe won three gold medals in badminton and Aslam Pasha claimed two in athletics on a bumper day for India at the Special Olympic Games in Dublin, Ireland, which saw the country nearly double its medals tally overnight.
On Sunday, India won as many as 45 medals, including ten gold medals, to take its tally to 92 from 47.
Ketan, a 17-year-old Goan who had won the gold in the badminton singles, took the top honours in the doubles and mixed doubles as well to return a cent per cent result.
Karnataka's Aslam Pasha, India's only athlete on a wheelchair, bagged two gold medals - in the shotput and the 200m wheelchair race in which he clocked 3min 19.96sec.
Runi Khatun (shot put), Mohammed Salim Shaikh (50m butterfly swimming), Hunny Saini, Prabhjot, Perpetua (all badminton) were the other gold medal winners for India.
Sunday was the last day of competition at the Games in which over 7,000 competitors are participating.
