'The atmosphere in the Ellis Park stadium was electrifying'

Reader Santosh Turumalla sent us these pictures from the World Cup in South Africa.

'We went to see the Brazil vs North Korea and Argentina vs South Korea matches. We had to brave chilly weather at -5 degrees to watch the Brazil vs North Korea game but the atmosphere in the Ellis Park stadium was electrifying,' writes Santosh.

Brazil scored a 2-1 win over a stubborn North Korea and spare their blushes after a shockingly bad first-half performance in their opening match.

'The Argentina versus South Korea match was exciting to say the least and Soccer City is an amazing stadium,' he adds.
