Dani Pedrosa has agreed a two-year contract extension that will keep him at Honda until 2012.
"This has been the team of my dreams since I was a kid and that's still the same feeling I have now," the Spanish rider told www.motogp.com on Thursday.
"Our goal of course is to fight for victories every weekend and to win the MotoGP world championship. I believe we have what it takes to do both of those things."
The 24-year-old Pedrosa has won three world titles in the 250cc and 125cc categories, and has 12 Grand Prix [ Images ] wins at the top level.
The MotoGP championship resumes in Aragon, Spain on Friday with Pedrosa lying second behind compatriot Jorge Lorenzo in the series.
