Indian Boxing Federation president Abhay Singh Chautala was on Wednesday appointed chef-de-mission of the country's contingent for next month's Asian Games in China.
"Mr Abhay Singh Chautala, vice-president of the Indian Olympic Association and president of the Indian Boxing Federation, will be the Chef-de-Mission of the Indian contingent at the Asian Games," read a statement from the IOA.
The Asian Games are scheduled to be held from November 12 to 27 in the city of Guangzhou.
