A mouth-watering menu awaits the guests at the reception of the high-profile marriage between Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik at a Hyderabad hotel on April 15.
A spokesperson of Sania Mirza on Sunday said there would be 23 dishes for the main course besides different types of starters and Hyderabadi delicacies for the reception at Taj Krishna.
"The menu for the reception has been decided. There will be seven types of starters, a salad counter, a kebab corner including pathar ka ghosh along with some other Hyderabadi delicacies. There are 23 dishes for the main course - two types of biryani and 12 types of desserts," the spokesperson said.
Around 1000 guests are expected to attend the reception though the official celebrations will begin on April 13 with the sangeet ceremony in which all of Sania and Shoaib's loved ones will perform. Sania's uncle Talat Aziz will be singing ghazals for the sangeet.
Shaoib has chosen Delhi-based fashion designers Shantanu and Nikhil to create his wedding attire.
"Shoaib's outfit has arrived from Delhi. He will be wearing a sherwani made by Shantanu and Nikhil," Sania's spokesperson added.
