Indian archers had a good outing, picking a gold and two silver medals, from the team championship at the 16th Asian Archery Championships in Bali on Friday.
The Indian men's compound team, comprising C Srither, Ratan Singh and Isiah R Sanam, won the gold medal, the first ever in any international competition, overcoming Iran 231-230 in the final.
Meanwhile, the Indian recurve team failed to win India another gold as they lost to Korea.
The team, comprising Rahul Banerjee, Jayanta Talukdar and Mangal Singh Champia, lost the final 219-222 and had to settle for the silver medal.
The second silver medal came through the women's compound team, comprising Jhano Hansdah, Namita Yadav and Manjudha Soy. The trio lost the final to Korea 215-223.
The Indian women's recurve side lost in the bronze medal play-off to China. Earlier, the team lost to Korea in the semi-finals and moved into the bronze medal play-off.
