Manchester United [ Images ] suffered two injury blows on Wednesday when Gary Neville [ Images ] and John O'Shea both hobbled off during their Premier League victory against Portsmouth.
Neville lasted just 13 minutes before he was forced off after a clash with Nadir Belhadj and his replacement O'Shea went off after 52 minutes.
Both were ruled out of Saturday's home match against Tottenham Hotspur [ Images ], though manager Alex Ferguson [ Images ] said Wes Brown [ Images ] was expected to return from injury and could play.
United's 2-0 win put them three points clear of Liverpool with a game in hand.
