Steve McClaren's Twente Enschede came from behind to beat NAC Breda 3-1 in their Dutch Cup semi-final on Tuesday thanks to three second-half goals.
Anthony Lurling opened the scoring for Breda, who were also knocked out at the same stage last year, midway through the first half but early in the second Theo Janssen equalised.
Twente went ahead in the 78th minute with Romano Denneboom's close-range goal before Eljero Elia set up Blaise Nkufo to make sure of the win.
Twente will face either Volendam or Heerenveen, who meet on Wednesday, in the final on May 17.
