I like the economical development and stabilitys during your carrier.
But there are more flaws in the administaration, and there are so many good schemes government is declaring, but only due to lack of implementation
It fails, and did not reach to the required person in India.
In next bugget, I feel the standard deduction amount should be increased, because the cost of living is increased tremendiously.
I hope the next budgrt to be good for mailny farmers and those who needed it most.
And also take careful decision about import from other countries such as China.
Coz it will harm indian industry. give proper time to india industry to come to that compitation level.
Or otherwise, it will cause hawack.
Thx, with best regards,

Suggestions:Mr. Finance Minister
My suggestions, ordered in terms of their importance:
1. Do something for irrigation projects. Not just providing more funds but ensuring that there are no cost/time overruns. Associated with this is drinking water. Let's put an end to the entirely avoidable cycles of drought and flood.
2. Please stop devoting your precious time to IT sector. The IT industry can grow even without the Govt.'s support/attention. Please convey to the Honorable Mr. PM to also start spending little more time on rural projects and less on inaugurating IT parks, seminars etc. If you and the PM start monitoring, little closely, the projects that you have funded in the rural areas, India will be a better place.
3. Go ahead with reforms. Don't worry about the threats from Thackerays, Bannerjees etc. You know, they can't bring your Govt. down. Mr. C. Naidu can. And he has no alternative. Do you think he will support Mrs. Gandhi as PM ? As far as Ram Naiks, Manohar Joshis blocking the disinvestment process is concerned, ask the PM to sack them. Wo Govt. ka baal bhi baankaa nahin kar sakte.
4. please please stop the gimmicks of providing Rice at Rs. 2/Kilo to BPL families. The rice never reaches the BPL people. Instead, intermediaries have become crorepatis. I can give you some names from Kalahandi (Orissa), in case you already don't know.
Sorry for this unsolicited mail/suggestions.

Suggestions:Dear Sir,
I don't see any good reason of not taxing rich agriculturists who are having income of more than Rs 2.50 lakhs per annum escaping the Tax dragnet.
There is no justification for taxing people who are Salaried class & who toil hard to make both the ends meet.
This is not a Urban elite mentality as most of the politicians utter when they don't find any logical reason to answer.
Secondly there is no transperancy still in the Tax dept as the Govt promised during the courseof passage of Finance bills.

Suggestions:Over the past few months the voluntary sector has come under scrutiny realting to non receipt of utilisation certificates and implying non-accountability.
The voluntary sector is extremely critical to the development processes as they stand today and there is need for a clear NGO policy where accountability can be built from both sides the government departments funding NGOs and the NGOs.
As an example the department of Social Welfare brought out a list of blacklisted NGOs based on some data of 1993 in 2000. Now this clearly shows lack of monitoring and accountability from the department as well.
Please do consider good NGO schemes and mechanisms for development and please focus on making the process more accountable and transparent.

1. reduction in direct taxation filed by corporates as well as by individuals, as higher disposable income with them would be a better in terms of growth rather than being with the government which has hardly any money left for economic growth policies or infrastructure development
2. reduce indirect taxes as this would reduce the black economy in our country because in my opinion the black economy is atleast 8 to 10 times the white economy.

Today this way, you can collect more revenue as if you look into the number of luxury items which a house-hold has and the amount of the tax which he pays.

Suggestions:Sir,
I sincerely congratulate you the firm steps towords the reforms. It is really required and welcome action for our country.
1. Sir , at the same time I am of the opinion that some sectors are still earning a good amount of money but they are not covered under the Tax.Sir, in many professions we are seeing that people are minting money without any tax liabilities. for examples Doctors,CA, Sharebrokers,Architects,Coaching classes, distributors, etc. Even though service tax is imposed on them , it is very less and faulty records are maintained by these people. Also It is also true that only some among them are earning that much money , not all. So different slabs within category/profession should be introduced.
2. Many transactions are covered without bill in industry. Some strict provisions must be made in Tax laws.
3. Higher agricultral zone is required to be taken under the Tax area.
4. The six point scheme should be extened to more cities and also other points should be introduced into it.
5. Schemes for removal of black money should be reintroduced.
6. It is a fact that India has a very big loan. I have a plan of 'PM Loan Removal Scheme' for every indian in the country. I will send the details upon request.
Sir, I think you must have taken proper measures for all the above points but still it is the general opinion that these are not fully successful.
I am hopeful that this budget will be a revolutionary in these aspects & history will be cetainly thankful to you for this.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully

Suggestions:I am working as Asstt.Manager Marketing in a Pvt.Ltd. Co manufacturing and marketing Soya nuggets, granules. We are facing a problem from lot of unorganised companies in this sector as they do not come under the perview of excise and we have to pay excise dutry @16% on MRP. To elaborate on a MRP of Rs.15.50 for 200 gms chunks we are paying excise of Rs.1.4880 per box whereas the local manufacturer are selling 200 gms chunks @ Rs.8-10 per box.
Soyabean is the cheapest and the richest source of protein ie. it contains 40% protein and it can be a very good staple food for the poors of our country and even it can help improve upon the economy of the MP state which is the largest producer of Soyabean in the country. In light of these facts you are kindly requested to please look into the matter seriously to ensure that the excise duty is either abolished or reduced so that we may offer the benefit to the consumers and at the same time we can compete with the local manufacturers.
Sincerely looking forward for your positive response.

Indirect subsidies given to fertilizer industries should be scrapped & direct imports of fertilizers should be allowed without any duties being imposed on them so as to help the farming community to
cut production costs. The fertilizers are today available in the indian market at Rs. 16,000/ tonne but if you import the same they come at an range of Rs.3500-6000/tonne. This is a grave injustice to the farming community
as they are not at all benefited formthe subsidy given to fertilizers & it is the scrupulous industries which are benefited.
thanking you

Suggestions:Hello Sir,
We are all eagerly awaiting this year's budget as it is going to be a real crucial one for the ongoing economic reforms. I am sure a wise and smart politician like you would speeden the economic reforms, without getting locked into short term issues like the Assembly polls in few states in April.
I personally would like you to :-
(1) Take concrete measures to reduce the fiscal deficit and cut internal expenditure.
(2) Reduce the subsidy on Deisel and other Petro products and reduce the oil pool deficit. This is
one area which you have been fighting bravely inspite of the opposition from some parties.
(3) Urge the states to move fast towards a common VAT system, rather than the present ineffective Sales tax mechanism.
Wishing you the very best.
Thanks & regards

Suggestions:I have a small architectural firm doing a varied range of small to medium projects.
We pay service tax on the fees received from our clients. However, given the state of the profession in our country, very few clients agree to pay service tax.As a result, we end up paying the tax out of the fees we receive.
Not many architects pay this tax because of this reason. We will appreciate if a limit is imposed for payment of this tax, say, if the gross fees received exceeds 5,00,000, in a year, then the architect will have to pay the service tax. As a result, small architectural firms will not suffer.
I am given to understand that a number of representations by IIA have been made in this regard but to no avail.

India has the potential of becoming an Economic superwar but you have to guide Indian Economy as you are the driver. I am an Investment Banker..right now we are not very active in Indian market the reasons for that are.
1 India at this time is over regulated, 2. The Economy should be more transparent to Foreign Investment, 3. Get the corruption out of the system, 3. ** Indian Banks are not big / strong , so we gotta make sure we can produce a Economic friend bank ..I think to do this we will have to merge few banks..to make them big and cut over heads,4. Sell some of the no profit Govt Companies to Foreign Investors or private sectors, 5. There is no need for tax cut,6.
Encouragement should be given to export oriented business as well as service industry,7. Cut import duties on Computers, 8. Bring more investment in telecom sector ..we need to improve our telcom and energy sector if we are to compete with the developed Nations..there are many ideas and suggestion that I can think of ..but I wonder whether this message will reach you or not.

2)Take immediate measures to clean up the public sectors like SAIL which are bleeding only because of some units. Otherwise they can be cash cows for government. do not delay the clean-up process just because of some political issues. Go ahead and complete the clean-up process in one year
3) Reduce the tax rates for lower/medium income group individuals and thus make efforts to increase the Consumer spending which would in turn result in increase in revenue through sales tax.

Hello sir,
Please concentrate in this budget on development of Agricultute. I remembered that our Mahatma said "agriculture is the Back bone of Indian economy". But nowadys the effect of globalization this industry has lost it's interest. Eventhough i am An engineer, i basically from an Agriculture family. Because of the government cut all of it's subsidries we are in big trouble by the we are not getting correct price for our agro products and wages increased. This industry going in a wrong way. It is going to create a massive replication in our economy soon. Please politician should realize this serious issue has take serious action against this one. already we have 100 crore limit in our population, if everybody (like me) quit from this industry india will face a huge hurdle inthe way like poverty. Atlast onething i will write, especially we can produce much much better sugar from other countries like Pakistan and Cuba. But government still not agreeing in this fact, they are importing from other countries. This is applicable other products like Coffe, Onion, Rubber etc. This is going to tremendous cause in our economy. Please give some sort Moral boost for our poor farmers that this industry will ever be ruined. Otherwise we cannot improve this country by anyother way.

I am of the view that architecting the macro management (finance management) and careful micro management (finance) is the key to effective governing. If a balance is not achieved between the two aspects the long planning and big budgets are not going to be effective. So I would suggest that priority areas like education, agriculture, defence and Infrastructure be addressed in this budget with due importance. India at the threshold of a turn around needs careful nurturing in these key areas which have stood the test of time and provided rich benefits to the country.

Allow all railwy property to be used as commercial complexes to save space, increase greenery and lung space for all above the stations.

Will their own children in future NOT suffer
Allow every family with 2-3 children to enjoy power, water education rebats, admission in good instutions and rest [ [above 3] must pay heavy fees, rents, taxes etc.
WITH A CUT-OFF DATE OF 1975 Just before meergency as family planning was there in evey documentry, News reel etc..
Reservation too like wise for a family of 2-3 only If there are 3 let the 1st and 3rd get it, so that there can be a distrubuiion of opportunities amoung varios castes and sub-castes as there are not than many jobs anyway.
All highway and rural roads must have some vegetation to prevent soil erosion and UNNECESSARY EXPENDITURE ON REPAIRS OF ROADS.
Allow corporate surchage or taxes to take up some project/s in the welfare sector with Govt amd an indepident authority supervision for it, where wastage of tax revenue is less.
Say a PHC, or a school or a hsopital, highway or telephone exchange or a rail link etc.
Alleducation instutions must have all basic infrastrusture and sports as a avneue for olyampic medals must be given preferences
Why can;t Dalit poulpation be benifited in it when they have more natural physical energy and talent, more money, glory and not wasting their time in Govt jobs.

always empty despite the increase year

Where this money disappears is not known but the

Govt.dept's not paying taxes and bills.
Maybe the incresed prices of commmodities rises from this
factor. Why are the people in a position
of authority misusing this? Life for the masses has become
a burden. There is also no control on when the prices of
commodities have to increase. They definitely increse after the
budget but also continue increasing throughout
the year. Why is the ministry unable to control this? What is the
reason for a budget if it's only to increase costs of commodities?
