American Ambassador David Mulford expressed shock and sadness after the September 27 blast at Mehrauli market.
"I am shocked by the senseless Mehrauli bombing," said the Ambassador.
"Americans share the sadness of the Indian people at the death of a child and injuries to many innocent people," he said.
