The Central Forensic Science Laboratory in Chandigarh, which helped the Delhi police collect samples of Saturday's serial blasts in the national capital, is likely to take a month's time to analyse them, a senior official said on Wednesday.
Once the laboratory gets the samples, which will reach Chandigarh this week-end, it is likely to take over a month's time to analyse them, CFSL Director R S Verma told PTI.
"The CFSL will try to submit its report at the earliest. But, it may still take over a month's time as the study of samples involves several processes," he said.
Asked whether fingerprints were lifted from the scene of synchronised blasts, Verma said this was not possible after such incidents.
