The party has already started the process of building its organisational structure right from the village level to the mandal and district level. The week-long preparatory conference in Hyderabad is discussing the district wise situation and finalising the name of each district in charge. Every day the meeting will cover four districts and the process will be completed till Saturday.
On the first day, the leaders of Karimnagar, Ranga Reddy, Khammam and Nalgonda districts of Telangana were finalised but their names are kept under wraps. They will be announced formally after the names for all 23 districts have been finalised.

The party bosses are paying close attention to the organisational structure right from the booth committees which will be formed in consultations with local villagers. Every booth committee will have 20 members, one third women and one third youth. Every caste and community will get representation in the committee in proportion to its population in the respective area. The same pattern will be followed at all other levels including the state to ensure that all the sections of society are carried along.
Dr P Mitra, the political advisor of the star, told the meeting that lakhs of people were coming forward to work for the party all over the state. "There number is so huge that halls will not be sufficient and only public meetings will have to be organised," he said.
