Four suspects in the Mumbai serial train blasts were on Monday booked under the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, a senior Anti-Terrorism Squad official said.
Faisal Sheikh, Tanvir Ahmed, Kamal Ansari and Ehtesham Siddiqui were booked under MCOCA, ATS Chief K P Raghuvanshi said.
