Sahil Zaroo, one of the accused in the Rahul Mahajan drug abuse case, was again taken to Delhi by a special team after conducting searches at his house in Srinagar.
"I am innocent," Sahil said repeatedly when asked by newsmen his role in the entire episode.
He said he was being implicated in the case.
Sahil, the 21-year-old final year student, was brought to Srinagar on Friday by a special Delhi police team in the morning and straight away taken to his Nigeen house.
Assisted by Jammu and Kashmir police, the special team searched Sahil's house for more than two hours. However, no concrete evidence was found in the house during the searches, official sources said.
The team, however, seized clothes of Sahil, which he had worn at the party held at late Bharatiya Janata Party leader Pramod Mahajan's official residence in New Delhi on June 1, from two different places.
The sources said while Sahil's shirt was seized from his Nigeen residence, the trouser was recovered from the house of his maternal uncle Mohammad Yousuf Kawoosa's house at Shalimar.
However, it was not immediately clear whether the vomit stains were still on the clothes.
As per reports, Sahil had vomited immediately after taking some powder at the party. There was no trace of the mobile phone which was allegedly used by Sahil to contact a Nigerian drug peddler, identified as Abdullah, on June 1 several times.
It is being alleged that Sahil brought the drugs (heroin and cocaine) to the party.
He had surrendered before the police at the office of a private television channel in Srinagar on June 3. However, he was taken to Delhi the next morning where a Delhi court had sent Sahil to police custody till June 12.
Sahil's lawyer Goni said they will approach a court in Delhi saying his client was being tortured and pressurised to confess a crime, which he has not done.
He said Sahil was being pressurised to sign some documents by the Delhi police to implicate him in the case.
However, so far Sahil has refused to sign, he said.
