United States President George W Bush is likely to visit the Taj Mahal during his official trip to India reportedly in March.
An advance security team of the presidential guards inspected the historical monument and Bush's visit to the white marble tomb would be finalised only after their return to Washington, sources said in New Delhi.
Bush, who will be undertaking his first visit to India, is also expected to go to Hyderabad or Bangalore where he will be meeting the captains of Indian industry.
Bush is likely to arrive in Delhi on February 28 and begins his State visit from March 1.
A five-star hotel in the national capital has already broken one of its floors and was renovating it to meet security concerns of the US President.
