Shaikh Mohammed Muzamil, acquitted by a special POTA court in the Ghatkopar bomb blast case, surrendered on Tuesday before the trial court which took him into custody.
The order on his bail plea will be given on Wednesday.
Three other accused in the case --- Abdul Mateen, Imran Rehman Khan and Mohammed Altaf -- had surrendered earlier while co-accused Toufiq Ahmed is yet to surrender.
The accused had surrendered after the POTA court issued warrants against them in view of Bombay High Court admitting an appeal filed by the Maharashtra government challenging the acquittal of the 5 accused in the Ghatkopar bomb blast of December 2, 2002.

Defence lawyer said the 4 had voluntarily surrendered before the execution of the warrant against them since they had no intention to obstruct trial and were not absconding.
In cases where appeal is admitted, the accused has to surrender before the trial court to enable the High Court decide the issue of their acquittal, the lawyer said, adding that it was up to the court to grant bail or take them into custody.
