Pakistan Foreign Secretary Riaz Khokhar arrived in New Delhi on Friday night to hold talks with his Indian counterpart Shyam Saran.
Asked how he approached the talks on Saturday, Kokhar, who arrived by an Indian Airlines flight from Lahore, said, "Positively."

Asked about Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf suggesting a timeframe for a solution to the Kashamir issue, he said, "The process is important and the time is also important, but there is no time limit as such in that sense."
About Kasuri proposing to meet Hurriyat leaders during his stay, he said, "It is the foreign minister's privilege."
Outlining New Delhi's approach on this, Natwar Singh has said, "we are not stopping anyone from meeting anyone. But I must also point out that 44% voted in a free and fair Kashmir election. The elected representatives also represent the people of Kashmir.
