Key accused in Sankararaman murder case arrested

Police on Friday claimed to have arrested Krishnasamy alias Appu, a key accused in the Sankararaman murder case, at Puthur in Chitoor district of Andhra Pradesh.

Kanchi seer Jayendra Saraswati is among the accused in the case and had been arrested by the Tamil Nadu police in late November.
