Around 7,500 members who came to the meeting adopted the resolution -- Which accused the Congress, naxalites and Telangana separatists of creating hurdles in the path of development -- by show of hands.
During his 90-minute address, party leader and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu recalled his government's achievements during the last eight years.
The general body adopted another resolution condemning the October 1 naxalite attack on Naidu.
Earlier, the TDP politburo had also adopted a resolution calling for dissolution of the assembly.
