Ramkrishna Behedi was arrested from a hideout in Barbourne Road in Kolkata, police said.
Behedi used to send money through the hawala route and maintained regular contact with Dilshad.
Dilshad, a resident agent of the ISI, was arrested on January four in Siliguri.
On January 27, Andhra Pradesh police arrested another ISI agent Sahnil Taher from the Nizamuddin area on the basis of the information given by Dilshad.
Nine arrests have so far been made in the Dilshad case, including that of two hawala agents Abdul Bari Panwala and Sitaram Kothari.
