Red Cross official from Delhi found dead in Islamabad hotel

In a shocking incident, a top official of the Red Cross unit in Delhi was on Friday found dead in his hotel room in Islamabad.

The official, identified as Jou, was found dead with his legs tied with a rope, the website of the local daily The News reported, quoting police officials.

The victim was a Myanmarese national, the paper said.
