Pak fears attacks by 'hostile' India

Pakistan fears that the chances of restoring peace with India are receding.

Accusing India of adopting a 'hostile' attitude, Islamabad has moved anti-aircraft guns into all its airports including the Islamabad airport, according Pakistan News Service.

Quoting an Inter-Services Intelligence spokesman, the report said every possible measure had been taken for the country's defence.

Anti-aircraft guns have also been installed at various important federal installations.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharief held a high-level meeting to discuss the latest developments at the Line of Control.

Chief of Army Staff General Pervaiz Musharraf, Foreign Minister Sartaj Aziz, Foreign Secretary Shamshad Ahmed and other high-ranking officials attended the meeting, according to Pakistan News Service.
