RJD MPs will decide strategy on WednesdayRashtriya Janata Dal members of Parliament will meet in New Delhi tomorrow to finalise the party's strategy on the current political crisis besetting the Vajpayee government. All the 25 members of Parliament have been asked to be present at the meeting, which will be chaired by former Bihar chief minister Laloo Prasad Yadav, party spokesperson M A A Fatmi said today. He said the meeting would take stock of the political situation in the country and finalise its stand on it. The RJD is also in touch with like-minded parties to work out a strategy for the formation of an alternative government in case the BJP-led coalition government is voted out of power. Fatmi said the RJD leaders are closely monitoring the moves of the AIADMK chief Jayalalitha, who is currently in the capital to hold discussions with various political leaders. UNI
