No talks with India if Kashmir is not on agenda: GoharPakistan Foreign Minister Gohar Ayub Khan told Star News that there was no question of reopening talks with India unless Kashmir was on the agenda. In an interview with the Associated Press on Friday, Pakistan's Foreign Minister Gohar Ayub said Pakistan's nuclear programme was an ''active one''. He also declared Pakistan a nuclear power and said his country was ready to sign the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty but only if India did so. However, when he was quizzed about the prospect of more nuclear tests on CNN's Q& A programme at 0100 hours IST on Saturday, Khan said he had no idea if more tests were being planned. He said his ministry was not involved in the decision. |
