Britain deeply disturbed at new tests, complains to Indian envoyBritain's foreign office on Wednesday summoned P K Singh, India's envoy in London, to complain about the series of nuclear tests back home. "Reports of two further tests today were in flagrant disregard of the concerns already expressed by the international community, and made matters yet worse,'' a foreign office statement said. It added that Foreign Office Minister Derek Fatchett told Singh that Britain was deeply disturbed by the implications of the tests. UNI
