Only three voters in India's smallest boothChaku, polling station number six under Trijino-Buragaon in Arunachal west Parliamentary constituency, is the country's smallest booth. It has only three voters. But there will be six polling personnel, including security men, to man the booth. Chaku, a small village on a hill top, has only one family.
