'Let Madhuri, Tabu and Raveena come... then we will see'If Vinod Khanna is here, can the rest of the Bolly Way be far behind? It can, actually. But the voters of Punjab's Gurdaspur district are keeping their fingers crossed -- oh, god, they pray fervently, let there be more of the stars coming our way... God, it would appear, have heard their prayers. And granted them, if not a galaxy, at least a couple of comets -- to wit, Rajesh Khanna and Sunil Dutt. Both Congressmen are expected to hit the campaign trail -- not for candidate Khanna whom Dutt gave his first break in Man ka Meet -- but for his rival, Congress heavyweight and five-time MP Sukhbans Kaur Bhinder. Debutant Khanna -- the star of hits like Mera Gaon Mera Desh, Parvarish and Amar, Akbar, Anthony -- is contesting on a BJP ticket, and has the awesome task of unseating Bhinder. The evergreen Dev Anand (who hails from Gharota village in Gurdaspur) may throw his weight behind Khanna. No one knows if Khanna's son Akshaye, Bollywood's latest heart-throb, will make an appearance on the campaign trail. Young voters, however, fervently hope that beautiful Bollywood heroines would make an appearance. 'Let Madhuri, Tabu and Raveena come... then we will see," said a college student when asked which party he would vote for. UNI
