Market@February 14: Day's reportSoftware stocks remained in a narrow range and the trading volume was also low. Wipro was the major loser. It lost 3 per cent. Infosys, Satyam and Himachal also dipped marginally. Among the old economy stocks, cement counters attracted strong buying during the second half of the day. L&T, ACC, Grasim, and India Cement gained smartly. Bhel, Tisco, Telco and HPCL have also attracted buying interest. Reliance remained firm. Ashok Leyland hit 16 per cent upper circuit.
