Market@November 22: Day's report

The software stocks remained under pressure throughout the day. Satyam was the major loser, losing more than 7 per cent. DSQ Soft also dipped more than 6 per cent. Infosys, Wipro, Silverline, and Pentamedia lost 3 per cent each.

Non-software stocks also remained under pressure. HLL, Reliance, ITC, ACC, and L&T showed a negative close.

Sensex down 64 points at 3861, Nifty down 14 points at 1221.
