IA to get 'instant' MD: PESB advertises jobFor the first time in its history, Indian Airlines has openly advertised for a managing director and chief executive officer. The current MD and CEO Anil Baijal is scheduled to retire on May 26. In its press advertisement, the Public Enterprises Selection Board has asked prospective applicants to submit their candidature within 15 days. It also specified that they need to have an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) in addition to the requisite technical qualifications. Government servants holding additional secretary or equivalent rank can apply, it said. The domestic airline is also on the lookout for a deputy managing director.
