Inter-Connected Stock Exchange gets off to a good startThe Inter-Connected Stock Exchange Limited has successfully started trading. Currently, 10 exchanges have logged into the system. The exchange is expected to emerge as a single window to its entire 14 member-exchanges nationwide, according to a press release from the Bangalore Stock Exchange. The exchange registered good trades in 219 counters, with the volume rising consistently from 7 million to 65 million. In a media statement, the ICSE said that on becoming successful, its regional investors could hope to get better price discovery in the Indian capital markets. UNI |
