Raman Singh on Sunday took over as the new Chhattisgarh Chief Minister.

The 51-year old Ayurveda doctor and state Bharatiya Janata Party chief, a dark horse in the race for the top post, was the only one to take the oath of office administered by Governor K M Seth at an impressive function at the police parade ground.
