Meanwhile, there is some heartening news coming in from the football field in Hangzhou. Sunil Chhetri's India have done well to hold Saudi Arabia to a 0-0 draw in the first half of their Round of 16 match.

They put on a stoic defence to frustrate their higher ranked opponents and deny them any lead in the first half.
