Sania-Ankita lose their 1st round match

The Ukrainian pair of Nadiia Kichenok and Lyudmyla Kichenok fight back as they hold serve. The second set not as easy as the first set for the Indian pair! Sania- Ankita leading 5-4 in second set.

Sania Mirza and Ankita Raina lose the second set 6-7 against the Ukrainian pair of Nadiia Kichenok and Lyudmyla Kichenok in Round 1 of Women's Doubles! The Indian pair had won the first 6-0.

Ukraine's pair found their rhythm and forced a third set, a tie-breaker. They were up 7-0 before Sania and Ankita staged strong fightback and made it 8-8. But Ukraine's pair seal the match 6-0, 6-7(0), 8-10.

With that the Indian pair lose their first round match.
