Indian shooters in action

We shift our focus to shooting again.

The men's 10m Air Rifle qualification event is underway and we have two shooters there as well. Deepak Kumar and Divyansh Singh Panwar are looking to book their finals berth. Eight shooters qualify for the final.

World No 2 Divyansh Singh Panwar and Deepak Kumar have both started well 10.4. Divyansh shoots a first series of 102.7 in the qualification stage. The leader Hoaran Yang is going at rollicking pace, averaging 10.535

Sailing:

Indian sailor Nethra Kumanan, competing in individual laser radial race 1, finishes Race 1 at 33rd out of 44 position in the women's laser radial event. Race 2 to soon follow up. She is the first female Indian sailor to qualify for the Olympics.
