Jezbel: I was an English major and I love reading , 19th century English authors , Jane Austen, The Bronte Sisters. Couldn't handle Dickens. My English teacher
said "Hard times was the only book that made him weep...." He dropped it on his foot:-)Apparently he was paid by the word.

Aw, Saif, there's no big secret really. I picked up this book called 'Skinny Legs and All' by an author called Tom Robbins. It blew my mind. If you ever get hold of that book, you'll know why I picked Jezebel. Apart from just liking the sound of it. ;-)

But that's my point. You just have to see Emma Thompson's 'Sense and Sensibility'. It's amazing. Truly. She's done wonders with that novel. It's like, it's an education in adaptation... :-)
