Mr Verma, I certainly agree with you. Women are themselves to blame for their small presence in the Parliament. But I hope you will support the cause of women, not allow unscrupulous people like Laloo Yadav from tearing the Reservation Bill papers before everyone's eyes. I think BJP should have perused the Bill. I think all you will have to share the blame for the incident. This kind of hooliganism cannot be allowed
