Market@February 13: Day's reportReliance came in focus at 14:30 IST and by 15:10 IST, the stock gained more than Rs 10. The trading volume during these 35 minutes was 8.5 million shares. The total trading volume stood at 15.1 lakh shares on the BSE. At the end, it was up by 3 per cent. Meanwhile, software stocks showed a mixed trend. Although they remained firm during the first half, a sharp fall was witnessed during the second half. The performance of old economy counters also remained mixed. Tata Power was the star perfomer. It gained 11 per cent and attracted an all-time high volume of 4.2 million shares on BSE. Tisco, BSES, RPL and Hindalco also attracted buying. Other stocks remained under pressure.
