It's a double disappointment for India. 

Gagan Narang has managed only 20th spot in the qualifying for the Men's 50 meters Rifle 3 Positions. 

Narang totaled 398 in the Prone series, 377 in the Standing and 389 in the Kneeling series to aggregate 1164 and bow out of contention.

Sanjeev Rajput ends up in 27th spot.

He aggregates 395 in the Prone, 378 in Standing and 388 in Kneeling for a total of 1161. He was never in contention for a final berth after a vapid start.
